ASAP’s HOA Accounting practice started in 1989 in a tight-knit community in Colorado’s western slope. Service has always been critical to our approach, because many of our customers are also our neighbors. We recognize that everyone wants to see a well-run community, and we have the technology and expertise to help you do just that.
Computers, smart-phones and web-based services are making our lives easier and letting people work wherever they want to be. With ASAP’s unique bundle of technology, the same is true for your HOA management. Whether your community simply has had enough with the old-school paperwork process, or you are a community of second-home owners who have to collaborate from various remote locations, our technology provides more accountability with less time.
Compliance issues have become a bigger factor for many communities. In our home state, for example, regulations under the Colorado HOA regulations (CCIOA) and Colorado Law SB100 have frequent legislative updates such as requiring that you or your agents be a licensed CAI Community Association Certified Managers. ASAP’s HOA Account Managers are licensed in Colorado and have completed all necessary training and examinations relating to the Colorado Manager Licensure (HB 13-1277).
